Ipswich Events Interactive Community
Well, we had the pleasure of attending the Ipswich 'Show-n-shine' exhibition on the weekend and it inspired us to create a website for community events around Ipswich. We have started this by putting up a collaborative Car Club Site which we will evaluate at the end of June 2009. Please have a look and let us know what you think.

Education for thought!
School is back, the holidays are over and so many parents are faced with the problems associated with education, as if they, as parents, have provided the best possible solutions for their child's needs. At a recent TED seminar, there was a particularly interesting discussion by Sir Ken Robinson on education. He discusses how creativity is quite undervalued in modern society, especially in education. As schools and institutions push harder and harder towards academic studies, we really have to start thinking about placing a higher priority on encouraging the creative and social sides of our children, whether through services such as child care, day care, or just encouraging as much play time for our kids as possible.
